- We will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement and provide instructions for sending the original item back.

3. Shipping Costs
-Exchange Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item received). Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send your replacement item at no additional cost.
-Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. No Refunds
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchases. If you would like to change your item, an exchange is the only option.
